Persie Sloe & Plum Gin Liqueur

Tart and tangy, our sloe gin has a rich depth of flavour ? intensified by the addition of local Perthshire plums, hand-picked by the distillery team. Bottled at a serious 29% vol, there are distinct notes of pepper and sweet cinnamon from the base spirit, with a touch of nutty marzipan on the finish.
